Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers made by Germancube/LanguageCube/LearningCube.
The following is considered a legally valid registration
- the registration form signed by you
- Your registration by phone or e-mail
- an offer accepted by us
Registration
A legally valid registration obligates the payment of the course fee before the beginning of the course. Non-payment of the course fee is not considered as cancellation.
In case of non-attendance of the course, there is no refund of the course fee. However, the course can be transferred to a third person.
Entry after course start
If there are free places, you can join an ongoing course at any time. The course costs are charged from the date of entry.
Postponement/deregistration
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the course, a processing fee of CHF 100 will be charged.
In case of cancellation between the 13th and the 7th day before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee is due. From the 7th day before the start of the course, 80% of the course fee will be charged in the event of cancellation.
In serious cases, an exception may be made at discretion. This discretion is the responsibility of the management.
Absences/holidays
Course days not attended (semi-intensive groups) cannot be made up nor will they be refunded.
For subscriptions of Skype hours applies:
- Subscription of 10: redeemable within 12 weeks
- Subscription of 5: redeemable within 7 weeks
Course cancellation
If a course day is cancelled, it will be made up after consultation with the group. If this is not possible, the cancelled lesson will be credited to your customer account.
Reservations
The management reserves the right to dispose of and pass on course places that have not been paid for before the start of the course. If the minimum number of participants of 3 persons is not reached, the course can only be held with an increase of the course fee.
We also reserve the right to make changes to the course program, price adjustments and the General Terms and Conditions.
Terms of payment
The course fee must be paid before the start of the course.
If desired, this can also be paid in a maximum of 3 installments. In this case, however, a fee of CHF 5.- per installment will be charged.
Privacy
We strictly adhere to the rules of the Data Protection Act and protect your personal data by not giving out or selling personal data.
Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to all legal relationships. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
